Your Vault is private to you
Vault documents are stored in encrypted private storage under your account. Other members cannot see them. Access is enforced at the database and storage layer, not just in the interface.
Nothing is saved to your Vault automatically
When you upload a document to a conversation, you choose whether it is temporary or saved to your Vault. Conversations are only saved to the Vault when you explicitly choose to save them.
We do not train AI models on your documents
Your Vault documents, uploads, and conversations are used to answer your questions. They are not used to train models and are not shared with other members.
You can delete individual items
You can permanently delete any single Vault document or any single conversation from inside the app, without deleting your account.
You can export or delete everything
From Settings you can download your Vault documents and request full deletion of your account and data.
Your carrier has no access
The Driver's Edge is owned by the driver. No employer, dispatcher, or carrier has an administrative view into your Vault or your conversations.
